For those with a sweet tooth who are watching their sugar intake, this one is a delight . . . and particularly refreshing with some ice!
After some experimentation, I came up with a great tasting healthy combination.
In a juicer, mix:
- 4 carrots
- 4 celery sticks (no leaf)
- 2 cucumbers (medium)
- 1 beetroot (big)
- 1 green apple (small)
- 1 orange
- Water and/or watermelon to reach 800ml
Tip: Try switching the orange for a red apple for a sweeter, less citrus-like taste.
! Wash everything beforehand. I also recommend peeling hard vegetables and fruit like cucumbers, oranges and melons as needed.
